Kingslegal's human resource team has been shortlisted for a national award, in recognition of its hard work, dedication and innovative approach to recruitment and retention.

The team which is headed up by Marsha Davies, has been shortlisted for the "Most innovative recruitment initiative" award at The Lawyer HR Awards 2009. The team, which includes Helen

Mr Lindsay, joins the practice which has offices in South Wales and Solent, with over 12 years senior management experience in accident management.

During the past 12 years, David has held the position of group finance director and, more recently, group operations director for accident management company, Helphire Group plc.
